A basic body care routine is five simple steps:
STEP 1: Get Clean
Body care begins in the shower, starting with good product is effective as a first step.
STEP 2: Slough a way rough skin
Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells and is the basis for beginning your body skin care routine. As well as removing dead skin cells, exfoliating also helps to stimulate circulation and prepares your skin to better absorb the benefits of body care products.
STEP 3: Shave the right way
Part of your body skin care routine may involve hair removal such as shaving, if necessary after exfoliating, warm water and apply shaving cream, foam or gel to the areas of your body that you wish to shave, so using good quality products will help you.
STEP 4: Hydrate from head to toe.
After you have exfoliated your skin using a deep body scrub (and possibly shaved) your body skin should be nicely cleansed of any dirt and/or dead skin cells. Now you have a layer of fresh skin, so the next step in your body skin care routine is to moisturise. This can be done either in the shower with a moisturising shower gel or with a traditional body cream after showering, or doing both of them is acceptable.
STEP 5: Fake Sun-Kissed Skin.
Be sure to stay safe in the sun by wearing sunscreen and avoiding exposing bear skin to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
In all five mentioned steps the most important point is the product which you use it, be careful to avoid using Harsh chemicals, including cleaning products
